REFUGIO HIGH SCHOOL HURRICANE RELIEF
SUPPORTING THE NEEDS OF OUR STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY
Refugio ISD is aiding the community!
Superintendent, Melissa Gonzales, and Jason Herring, athletic director, along with the rest of RISD faculty and staff are compelled to assist the students and families of Refugio to get back on their feet as best as possible after the devastation Hurricane Harvey created. Inspired by a life-changing event, Refugio High School Hurricane Relief was established after Hurricane Harvey demolished our community. We are working hard to improve the lives of those in need. Here you can learn more about who we are and what we do.
#CaseyStrong
We are fighting alongside Casey!
Casey Henderson and his family suffered tremendous damage in the hurricane, losing their entire home and all of their belongings, but the immense pain of the storm was only the beginning. Casey suffered a neck injury playing the sport that he loves, and is on the road to recovery. While there are so many people who have come to help rebuild their home and help the Henderson's during this difficult time, there is always more that can be done. See how you can become part of the difference.
